How to recover yourself from a shitty day.

Hey!So I'm here with a new article, recently I went through a bad day and this are the things that helped me feel better, I hope that it can help you too!! enjoy it.

  1. Skin/self-care

I know that you may hear this a lot, but it's true, it really helps to feel better; the day after I just went and bought skin products and that made me feel a lot better, I'm not saying you have to specifically buy products, you can make them at home easily, here are some face masks that you can make yourself:

    BANANA AND HONEY

- 1 ripe banana

- 1 tbsp honey

- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Take a ripe banana and mash it thoroughly using a fork, add lemon juice and honey and use a hand blender to mix the three to form a consistent paste.
Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes, before rinsing it off with cool water.

OATS AND AVOCADO

- ½ cup oatmeal

- ½ ripe avocado

Pour ½ cup of oats in a bowl and add enough water to wet the oats sufficiently. This will help soften the oats, let them soak in the water for 5 minutes. In the meanwhile scoop out half of a ripe avocado in a separate bowel and mash it thoroughly with a fork.
Then add the mashed avocado to the soaked oats and mix them.
Apply the paste on your face for 15 minutes and wash it off with cool water.

2.Movies marathon.

I think that a good way to feel better it's to distract yourself and what better than movies, pick a topic, get some snacks and start watching!

3.Family/friends.

Spending some quality time with the people you love and love you back it's the best and will instantly make you feel better and grateful.

4. Exercise.

When you get your blood flowing and your body moving, you release endorphins which combat stress.” Upon exercising, neurotransmitters like serotonin or norepinephrine help teach your body how to better respond to stressors. ... So, higher levels of those chemicals during exercise naturally make you feel GOOODDDD

5.Write.

Wite about that day and how did it make you feel, then maybe burn or tear apart the paper.
