How to become the best version of yourself

Hi :) 
Are you trying to become the best version of yourself? Well, then this is the perfect article for you. I've decited to summarize few steps to add to your daily rutine to become your best self. Some of them are obvious and I'm sure you've already heard that many times but I will also mention things that helped me personaly. I'm sure you'll get to something new that will inspire you! So keep on reading!

STEP 1 
HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

Ahhh yeah. Here we go again. I'm sure you already know this so I'm not gonna talk to much about it. Im just gonna say: If you wanna be your best you- you have to eat halthy, drink a lot of water and exercise at least 3 times a week.When I mention eat healthy, doesn’t mean you can’t eat carbs, or sugar it’s all in moderation so DON’T BE HARD ON YOURSELF! It's probably the hardest thing, because if you want to live a healthy life you have to stay consistent. So stay focused and motivated. I know YOU CAN DO IT! JUST KNOW THAT YOU CAN.

STEP 2 
WORKING ON YOUR PERSONALITY 
I'm sure there are some things you don't like about yourself. Like for example - you may sometimes be lazy, shy, awkward around people, not organized at all and you may think negatively. Those are things we can work on! It will take some time but those are the things that will change your life for the better the most!

-We all have our flaws and that’s okay, but if you want to change just know that you can always contact me and I would LOVE to help you personally:)

• Go to sleep earlier and wake up earlier

• Do more planning and orginizing

• Train your mind! Do some mental exercies and try to do crosswords, riddles and shit. :) It will help you to be more smart and have better memory. Tbh after I've suffered with a lot of stress and anxiety it really messed up my brain. Then I've started writing my emotions, going to spinning classes and solving logical tasks and it got so much better. We live in the world full of stress, lot of people suffer with mental illnesses. We have to protect and take care of our mind.

• Try to be more positive and practise self love.

Confidence is a key when you're trying to become your best version. Listen to spotify, listen to some bomb ass bad bitch music. People like Beyonce, Rihanna, Cardi B etc.
