Summer fashion trends & essentials 2019

Summer fashion trends & essentials 2019

I have compiled a list of some of my favorite spring/summer fashion trends that I think will look particularly beautiful in the upcoming months, although some of these trends & summer essentials can definitely be worn no matter the season if your fancy.

Soft white blouses

A classic white or cream blouse with a pair of blue denim straight leg jeans is such a simple but elegant look. it's such a lovely vintage outfit & very suitable for those summer days that are a little bit cooler.

Basket bags

The color green

Whether it be mint, chartreuse, pistachio or neon, green is one of the biggest colours of summer '19.

Headscarves & Headbands

Vintage bikinis

Fruit print

What could be more summery & exotic than wearing fruit on your clothing?

The color lilac

I've been obsessed with everything lilac lately & it's a really fresh color for summer. Pale lilacs look elegant & vintage with gold, dainty necklace.

Animal print

Animal print is not going anywhere any time soon, it just carries on reinventing itself.Leopard is always a failsafe classic but tiger & cow print is cropping up more.

Crochet

Crochet is always a festival fashion favorite but it’s perfect for the beach.

Gingham

White flowy dresses

Daytime jumpsuits

If dresses & skirts aren't your thing, then jumpsuits are your perfect alternative! There's no effort required, just pop one on and accessorise with a cute bag and some sandals, wedges or even trainers for casual, summer days.

Sunglasses

sunglasses are a MUST HAVE essential for summer - they shield your eyes from the blinding sun & they can be a game changer for an otherwise simple outfit.

TINTED

RETRO

Neon

You can't deny that neon is everywhere lately. You can go all out with a neon dress on nights out or just subtle touches of it with a belt, pair of shoes or a bag.
